The Commander of the Navy also called on the Mahanayakas of the Asgiriya and Malwatte Chapters to receive their blessings for the anniversary celebrations.
President Mahinda Rajapaksa met his long-time friend former Prime Minister of Malaysia Dr. Mahathir Mohamed Tuesday (Dec. 9) at the President’s House in Colombo. Dr. Mohamed is in Sri Lanka to attend the Hambantota Conclave as the key-note speaker.
