The fourth edition of “Rataka Dekma” (Vision of a Nation) photographic exhibition was inaugurated on Thursday (20) at the Kandy City Cenre under the auspices of Central Province Governor Tikiri Kobbekaduwa and Central Province Chief Minister Sarath Ekanayake.
