The prestigious Forbes investment Magazine published in USA has already decided that President Mahinda Rajapaksa will win the January elections, and adds that the bar against a third term for President Rajapaksa being removed, has resulted in political stability. This political stability has been cited as a reason to invest in Sri Lanka.
