A special traffic plan will be in effect today due to the final Randoli Perahera of the Bellanwila Esala festival. The Perahera will parade the streets from 8. 00 p.m. today.
During the time, when the Perahera parades the streets, the road from Boralesgamuwa Junction, Bellantara Junction, Anderson road, and Pepiliyana Junction will be closed.
Alternative roads have been introduced by the Police for the traffic from Maharagama and Piliyandala to Dehiwala and from Dehiwala to Maharagama and Boralesgamuwa.
