A team of doctors from the East Timor arrived in Sri Lanka to study the steps taken by the Sri Lankan Ministry of Health, Nutrition, and Indigenous Medicine for the Gender Based Violence in Sri Lanka.
The team led by the Director General of Health Services of East Timor held discussions with her Sri Lankan counterpart Dr. Palitha Mahipala at the Ministry premises recently.
The discussions directed the both parties to assist in training health staff, and regulating the judicial process in East Timor.
